Frequently asked questions
How do I record a workout? Open Go Move, choose your activity (running, walking, or cycling) and tap start. The app automatically tracks distance, time, pace, and calories.
My GPS is not accurate. Make sure your location permission is set to "Always" and that battery saver mode is turned off during your workout.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings › your account › Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Go Move to cancel.
I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot my password" on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
Delete your account
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by sending an email to contato@gomove.club with the subject "Delete account".
